Clinics
We offer a wide range of clinics tailored to suit our clients needs. Some of our most popular clinics are Our Horsemanship Skills Clinic which is an excellent introduction to basic horsemanship skills both on the ground and under saddle, Problem Solving Clinics, Gaining Confidence on the Trails Clinic. We video all of our clinics and put them in the Members Section of our website. It’s almost like our members get to attend all of our clinics for free without leaving home. We just don’t feed you lunch and supper on Saturday like we do for our live clinic attendees.
Working with problem horses
We’ve all seen those horses refusing to load into the trailer, kicking at the farrier, pushing us around, rearing, always wanting to run away when we are riding them, walking away or biting/kicking at us when we approach them. All of these behaviors can easily be corrected. So if you have a problem horse give us a call before you give up on them. You’ll find it’s less expensive to correct the horse’s problem than it is to replace them. If you are a Triangle Horsemanship member we can walk you through correcting the problem yourself at no charge. If you still need additional help you can bring your horse to our facility in Mocksville NC for our fee based services. If you hire us and we are unable to correct the problem we won’t charge you. You can’t get a better guarantee than that!
How to / Instructional
Our “How to/Instructional” service provides an affordable alternative to in person training. Simply send us a video of your horse problem. We will then post a video on the site showing you how to correct it. This service is included with your membership.
Horsemanship Program
We teach and practice Natural Horsemanship. Natural Horsemanship is simply the philosophy of working with horses based on the horse’s natural instincts and methods of communication. We believe horses are best taught using this application and release of pressure instead of fear and pain. This pressure can be anything from a touch, object, look or even how you position your body . Learn how to recognize both yours and the horses body language and then use this knowledge to communicate with your horse. Our program consist of four levels.
- Level One: The Foundation, designed to build a solid foundation for both you and your horse.
- Level Two: Now that you have the foundation in place let’s go ahead and build on that with some intermediate level training.
- Level Three: Time for the cool stuff like spins, sliding to a stop, neck reining and much more.
- Level Four: Want to teach your horse tricks? Here’s where we do it.
Levels Three & Four are still in production and will be coming at a later date.
So come on, let’s get started, you are only a few months away from having the horse and confidence you’ve always wanted.
